Stephanie has over 12 years’ experience working in the public and private sectors designing and delivering interventions focused on staff engagement and motivation. She has gained an unsurpassed reputation in delivering behavioural change with large and small companies including RBS, O2, Barclays and Nuclear Services to name a few. Stephanie is recognised as one of the UK’s leading voices in happiness, humour and positive psychology.

Using her unique background as an award-winning stand-up comedian mixed with qualifications in behavioural and analytical psychology, Stephanie has a creative understanding of how to engage with even the most difficult of groups.   She has delivered the UK’s first MA course in Humour and Creativity for a Productive Workplace at Chester University and is often heard on BBC radio as an expert in creating happiness in the workplace.

Stephanie is often asked to contribute to popular television programmes, such as BBC’s Heaven & Earth and ITV’s Stand-up Jenny. She has delivered training at the famous Gesundheit Institute in Virginia and to medical students in Israel, and has presented about innovation in public health care for the Department of Health at Whitehall, as well as to various other large organisations nationally and internationally. She is the author of the highly commended book, ‘Laughology – Improve your life with the science of laughter’.
