Paul is an award winning trainer, business coach and consultant.

Over the last 16 years he has worked with over 100 of the world’s leading companies.  He is a veteran of training and development consultancy, delivering a wide range of programmes, including: Leadership Development; Customer Service; Career Development; Graduate Induction and The Hero’s Journey. The latter has assisted dozens of Senior Executives and organisations to find and travel the journey which truly offers them passion and purpose.

His career has spanned 30 years, first as an International gymnast, then as a successful actor/performer (West End); next as a writer (BBC radio/TV & West End) and finally as a trainer and coach.  This eclectic background is central to his approach.  His workshops and coaching sessions are original, effective and fun. Currently he is working on a book commissioned by Pearson for their ‘brilliant’ series, entitled Brilliant Public Speaking. Paul is a certified NLP Master Practitioner and Business coach.
