Deborah is an Executive Coach, Business Consultant and freelance Director with over 20 years’ experience across a variety of medium-sized businesses and social enterprises. She is passionate about working with business leaders to help them become the best they and their organisations can be. She believes that leaders grow successful businesses most effectively with a high level of self-awareness and awareness of others, empowering both themselves and those around them, and enabling them to manage their business strategically and operationally.

Creating value for her clients by developing strong leadership capabilities, Deborah aligns personal and business values and goals, introducing professional management into the smaller business, and well-run Boards into larger organisations.

This produces better leaders running more successful businesses, creating greater wealth, with greater fulfilment amongst staff.

Deborah delivers leadership coaching and business growth consultancy, designs and leads Board Effectiveness Programmes and enjoys ‘hands on’ Directorships.  As an executive coach and NLP Practitioner, Deborah works with CEOs and other directors enabling them to deliver best practice in their field and enjoy success in doing so.

Working as a Director and an active Board Member of Platform, the trading subsidiary of Wulvern Housing, Deborah is collectively responsible for strategic direction and governance, delivering a significant development programme for its parent.

Deborah’s experience is underpinned by her early corporate career with IBM, Ford Motor Company and as a consultant working with 3i, Barclaycard, Colgate-Palmolive, and Euromoney.
